Mr. Rama Chandraiah(President) was has vast experience on NGO sector, he implemented lot of programs in different areas both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, based on that he motivates the team to improve their skills and team spirt, because of that Founder believes if team is good we get more output from our side. Every 3 months President was conducting the review meeting about organization works and pending works, how we can go forward for another one like these kind points are taken place for organizing growth.
