MITHRA Foundation and few members in the organization members are participating in that meeting “Advanced Training Program on Transformative Interventions in Business Development and Sustainability of Farmer Producer Organization (FPO)” on 26-30 August 2019 at NIRD Rajendranagar. On that Training program, many of people are participated, on that, some persons related POPI (NGO) and FPO CEO’s / BOD’s, all are participated together on this training, and here we learn lot of things related sustainability of FPO and their business plan etc., every one share their knowledge about FPO sustain, some expect persons are given that training.

FPO was develop their business related to what type of crop their produced, farmer how to turn into the business line to doubling of income, all things are depends on the value chain process, means farmer decide their production line, for example a farmer selected Jawar production, based on this product we can produce 36 items like jawar biscuits, pops, jawar idli Rava, kichadi rava etc., these all are undervalued chain addition for the product. This is also one of the business development for the FPO, each FPO was started their value chain addition for their production they can easily sustain, the value chain is not only commodities it also link with vegetables also.

Our MITHRA Foundation president was participate on different training programs under NABARD on different schemes, he get certificate on each and every program.
